Businesses Lining Up to Support Film Festival

The committee met with Sheboygan-area businesses seeking to get involved in the city’s first annual film festival in mid-July at the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce offices. This was the second informational session offered at the Chamber.

The festival is focused on celebrating independent film and building Sheboygan’s reputation as a creative hub in the Midwest. Businesses are being offered a variety of ways to participate, from sponsorships to venue partnerships and guest services.

Options range from an affordable “Real Good Neighbor” sponsorship, which provides recognition through a window decal and program listing, to a single Platinum Sponsorship that includes presenting rights and extensive marketing benefits.

Several downtown venues are already confirmed as hosts for festival activities, including the Stefanie H. Weill Center for the Performing Arts, John Michael Kohler Arts Center, and Paradigm Coffee Shop. The event has also received early support from The Kohler Foundation and Bemis Manufacturing.

Local businesses interested in getting involved should reach out to any committee member.
